Jeff Lind is the Executive Vice President of the company. A resident of Standish, he joined Clark in 1993. In addition to Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Southern Maine, Jeff holds several insurance industry designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS). He works with a variety of complex commercial accounts, including construction firms, real estate developers, non-profit/social service organizations, public entities and technology firms.
In addition, Jeff received the 2015 Cyber Risk Management Leadership Award from INSUREtrust, a national insurance wholesaler that pioneered cyber liability, technology errors and omissions, and miscellaneous professional liability insurance coverage.
Jeff has served and currently serves on the boards of various New England community organizations, and participates regularly in community volunteer activities.
A resident of Saco, ME, Jeff serves as the President of Clark Insurance. He joined the industry in 1986, working for a number of carriers, including MEMIC, Acadia Insurance, and Hanover Insurance, before joining Clark in 2004. He led Clark’s sales team for 11 years and then became president in 2015, driving one of our greatest periods of growth. Through the years, Jeff has developed extensive experience in working with the construction industry, manufacturers, non-profits, and technology firms.
Jeff received both a BS in Finance and AS in Management from Bentley University and currently holds his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
He has been deeply involved in his town of Saco, where he received the Distinguished Service Certification for 10 years of outstanding service to the Saco Bay Rotary. Then, in 2018 he received the Paul Harris Award, the most prestigious recognition the rotary can bestow. Jeff currently serves on the boards of Avesta Housing and Maine Insurance Agents Association and formerly served on the boards of Institute of Family Owned Business and Woodfords Family Services.
Gregg, a resident of Portland, ME, serves as a Senior Vice President of the agency and as the Sales Manager for our Maine Headquarters. After working for various carriers, such as OneBeacon, he joined Clark in 2003. He has since distinguished himself in the area of professional liability for architects and engineers, with over 28 years of experience in the industry.
Gregg received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and currently holds his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI), and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.
He is an active member of the Professional Liability Agents Network (PLAN), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Portland Society of Architects (PSA), and the Portland Chamber of Commerce. He is currently on the board for Sweetser, on the fundraising committee for the Root Cellar in Portland, ME, and coaches the Portland High School Girls’ Varsity Soccer team. Gregg formerly served on the board of the Portland Education Foundation.
Living in Gorham, ME, David Hamilton is a Senior Vice President of Clark Insurance. With 36 years of industry experience, 20+ of which spent running his own employee benefits company, Dave eventually joined Clark in 2008. Through his work, he has developed a deep understanding around the implementation of employee benefit packages to employers large and small across many industries. He has distinguished himself in the area of the employee education process, in particular with his work with the immigrant community in Maine.
Dave received his BS in Business Administration from Husson University and holds his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation.
He currently serves on the boards at the Maine Employee Benefits Council as well as Casco Federal Credit Union and is an active member of the Portland Chamber of Commerce and Maine Brewers Guild.

Bret, a resident of Auburn NH, is Senior Vice President of the company as well as Sales Manager of our New Hampshire offices. He has been in the business since 2000, previously working on the carrier side at MEMIC, and was the first representative of Clark in the New Hampshire market. He has a specialty in working with construction accounts, as well as wholesalers, distributors, and with complex liability risk.
Bret received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Maine and currently holds his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
In 2014, Bret graduated from Leadership Greater Manchester and was later voted into the 40 under 40 class of 2018. He currently serves as chair of the board of directors at Camp Allen, is a board member of the NH Association of Independent Agents (NHAIA), and is board president of the Auburn Rec Basketball League: a youth basketball program for kids in kindergarten through eighth grade. In addition, he enjoys coaching his kids in basketball.

A resident of Falmouth, ME, Deb is a Senior Vice President of the company. Her leadership includes oversight of the claims, employee benefits, and business service department as well as running the daily operations of the agency. She brings 30 years of experience to Clark: having worked for a number of carriers, including both MEMIC and Hanover Insurance, until joining our team in 2011.
Deb received her Bachelors in Business Administration through Husson University and her MBA with the University of Phoenix. She currently holds her Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI), and Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) designations.
In 2022, the Maine CPCU Society Chapter recognized Deb as the winner of the 2022 Lee G. Allen President’s award of excellence. She received the insurance professional of the year award in 2011, and currently serves on the boards of the Maine CPCU Society and Maine Applied User Group. In addition, she serves on the committee for Maine Million Women and has formally served on the boards for Husson Alumni and the Insurance Professionals of Greater Portland. Deb is also a Leader in the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Program.
Chad, a native Mainer, graduated from Clark University in Worcester, MA, and entered the insurance industry in 2004. Chad joined Clark in 2009 where he focuses on group benefit programs (health, dental, disability, vision, life, and voluntary worksite benefits). He also serves as the Legislative Co-Director for the Maine State Society of Human Resources Board.

A resident of Gray, ME, Mona is a Senior Vice President of the company and is responsible for leading our Personal Insurance Department. She began her career in the industry as an underwriter 28 years ago, then transitioning to Clark where she has been for the last 19 years. Mona has consistently grown within the company, beginning as a coordinator in Personal Lines, transitioning to director, and now VP – where she recently managed the restructuring of her department to promote better training and education of new employees.
Mona holds several industry certifications, including her Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), Program in General Insurance (INS), and her Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) designation. In addition, she is actively involved in the Massachusetts Coastal Coalition, whose mission is to educate, advocate and inform professionals regionally and nationally on flood hazards.
Through her public speaking, Mona received the Dale Carnegie Highest Award for Achievement and, previously, was involved in Friends of Long Creek Youth Center and the Center for Grieving Children.
