Workers' Compensation

Workers’ Compensation insurance policies agree to pay benefits specified under state law to employees who incur work related injuries. This includes medical bills, lost wages, and other benefits mandated for death, rehabilitation and for specific loss benefits. Benefits are non-taxable to the employee. Employer’s liability is also included (except for select states), which provides protection for legal liability resulting from injuries to your employees.  Employers with operations in multiple states must comply with the Workers Compensation laws of the states they work in, and in some cases merely travel through.
