General Liability

This liability protection provides coverage for claims against you arising out of bodily injury or property damage.

This insurance provides for defense and payment of all sums you become legally obligated to pay as damages due to covered allegations of injuries caused by your operations, premises, products and/or completed operations.

Your premium basis will vary by type of business. However, all contracting operations are rated on the basis of payroll. Owners of the business, who are active, are charged based upon a predetermined amount of fixed payroll. Even though you may not be liable as a result of a court judgment, the cost of defending these claims may become very expensive. Legal defense is also included for insured claims.
